Bestbuy.com Shipping

Has anyone else been waiting for an eternity for those $9.99 DVDs that they have ordered from Bestbuy.com? I bought Toy Story/Toy Story 2 at the begining of the week, and it arrived by Friday. On the other hand, the movies I ordered from 3 weeks ago still haven't came. :angry:

I never had a problem with getting my DVD's on time, if you call them they can tell you the delay. Like once they over sold and was hoping for me to cancel...

to avoid waiting for their wonderful "free shipping" on a dvd.. i set my prefs to "pick up" at the local bestbuy store blocks away...

they have plenty of copies of the dvd I want...(I've been there twice since).. called customer support.. but it's been a week -- and -- nothing..

Did you notice all the 9.99 DVD's were #1. I finally got 2 of 4 dvd's I had ordered, just wait they will come
