I love convections ovens. I have one and everyone in the house uses it. It`s different from conventional ovens in that it circulates the hot air inside. This makes the cooking time a lot faster than conventional ovens. The microwave is still a little faster than the convection oven, but I haven`t seen a microwave oven that can resurrect fried chicken from the fridge and turn it crispy again.
