OOHOOOH I have a Half.com question

I had ordered a DVD a month ago, and still hasn't came yet.. I have to wait to report it on the 25th.. my question,, has anyone delt with this?? missing DVD,, if so how are they with reimbursing you?

why do you have to wait till the 25th? if they dont send it, dispute the charge with the cc company if you can't get reimbursed with half.com.

When you try to report a problem with an order, half.com tells you to wait until a certain date to report it (about 5 weeks after the order date).

I *almost* had to report a problem, but on the LAST possible day, the book arrived. Your mailman is probably holding onto it and laughing :D No, seriously ... I hope it arrives today. :)

Holding on to it,, I get ssooooo many packages, that one time he asked to go to his cart and pick up my boxes.. I said " excuse, this isn't my job" so he gave my packages to me... So ya I kinda do think he's sick of dropping of packages at my house
