This is no ordinary toaster. Besides the fact that it may have more controls than an average oven, it features custom settings for two slices--if you`re not toasting a full capacity of four--a bagel setting, a defrost setting, and a reheat setting. It even allows you to regulate the degree of toast darkness, and its memory chip will always toast at that desired darkness until it`s manually changed. There`s also a slide-out tray on the bottom of the toaster for removing old crumbs, and a damp cloth is all that`s necessary to clean the exterior.
