90 & 99min CD-R's

I have heard that there are 90 and 99min CD-R's in existence. I have never heard of them previously and I think the guy who was telling me about them was smoking crack. Anyways, does anyone have a link where I can buy and/or see product info for 90 or 99 min CD-R's?
