Come monday, if I don't recieve my package, I will tell whom......some of the mods already know, some of the sellers already know.....let's see if the person wants to have himself/herself let out in the open.
So far what has happened:
1) Lied two times about shipping dates
2) Made an excuse that he/she is new though an apperantly experienced seller on this board.
3) Have no offered full disclosure on the terms of the deal
4) Admitted to not knowing about the situation.
4) Has not offered expediated shipping or consolation for resolution of the situation.
If the person has no shame in mail fraud, I have no shame in exposing them. To the person who did this, I want an explanation for you to either save face or apologize.
In the meantime, I will take all comers at guessing who this scammer is!!

I know who the scammer is. Don't know why Psycho still didn't reveal him yet. It involves a palm and isn't Alex.

Based on the actions that will be undertaken by some gotapex mods, I think I will refrain until the last straw is taken. Then, I'll reveal everything.
At that point, address, home phone, cell phone; it's all fair game. I might even look up information like mother's maiden name, SSN, etc. if it needs to come down to it..
Until then, I will abstain on any action.

So, anyways, I was promised shipment already...AGAIN..This excuse come after I want a refund...
So, let's recap what has happened so far with a few numbers
2, 2 , and 4
2= The number of "real shipping numbers" he has given me...nonesofar real to me
2= The number of weeks, at the minimum, this ordeal has gone on..
4=The number of times he has said that the package is shipped.
So, my advice to you guys is that once thursday comes around, if I don't recieve my package, i will give you Eric's information. Oops..did I say "ERIC"? Well, ERIC better take me seriously...
So, my 2nd questions, WHY am I getting only priority shipping...and not Express mail or FEDEX? Because, Eric knows that Priority is untracable, and he can make up excuses along the way.
That's okay though..come thursday, I will release all his info so people can do a call-in, email flood-in, and harrassment campaign.
As for Eric, if you're reading this, which I know you have, You can mess with people, but you probably didn't know messing with me is a big mistake.......I have a proverbial baseball bat, and it's already lubed up and ready to be shoved up your.....

Does anyone know if anyone ever got the Palm
looks like he sold it to at least 3 or 4 people
How far back did everyone look back in the forums for other things that this guy mave have "sold" and see if he may have posibly scammed anyone else who may not ahve cmoe forward
just wondering cause ia lmsot bid on thatpalm and now im glad i didnt <found a better deal on a new one anywaz>
I purchased a Palm Vx from Eric and it arrived about one week late. No biggie. Unfortunately, it didn't include an AC Adaptor. So I found one around town (took my father's) and plugged it in to recharge the Palm. After a while I turned it on and the thing was in German. Overall, it hasn't been too pleasant of an experience but I really don't think that Eric did it intentionally. He says that he's sending my money back via money order tomorrow and I have his home phone number and father's work address too in case he rips me off. If I don't have the money by around Saturdayish, I'm going to contact the authorities -- it's only fair.

I would suggest you read my recent post in the
APEX Forum - suckage/not so suckage
"Having a problem with an offer, refund, fraud, etc."
A simple letter to the right people - in your case:
1. U S Postal Inspectors
2. The Attorney General in the state the seller lives
will get this matter resolved in a very short period of time.
In 99.9% of the cases it will be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as the "at fault" party receives a snail mail copy of your letter - who wants to pay an attorney when sending the merchandise or refunding the matter will solve everything.
If the seller does not want to resolve the matter then let the government fight your battles - that is what you pay taxes for.

I had gotten fraud committed upon me just 2-3 months ago. I informed the postal inspector, but it was not resolved. That was my second time informing a postal inspector and both times it did nothing to the seller. My fraud was not committed in these boards, but I would like to know how I contact the General lawyer of any state?
Psycho, please get in touch with me regarding our situation. I also have been doing business with Mr. Rebers.

Not always true.
Identity fraud in the USA has gone up more than 100% this year alone (from last year) to 750,000. That's about 1/3 of a % of all americans. In other words (if age were not a factor), if you go to a college campus of 10,000 people, about 30 of them have been victims of identity fraud. Of course, this isn't true, because if someone misfrauded your identity...chances are, you wouldn't have enough money to go to college no matter what you did.
My dad got this in the mail yesterday from a close investor friend of ours. He invests some money for some of my close friends. He knows a guy who had a son who was 16 years old when someone found his wallet. In it were his driver's license, social security card, and a bunch of other cards. Ok, he was smart enough to cancel the cards before he lost too much money, but he could no longer do anything about this DL and SS card.
Since then, on his DMV record there are tons of tickets. Almost 20 people have used his identity. He has felons on his record, credit card fraud, and the government asked him to pay a TON of money for a job/work that someone ELSE did.
Moral: Don't lose your wallet...if you think you may someday, don't cary your SS card around.
And 2nd lesson: No, the government doesn't always help us. They usually only do it when it is of a benefit to them. They know that if people can't trust US postal mail to do deal and buy/sell stuff, they will do ANYTHING they can to fix it...but if it's about other stuff, like identity fraud...well I don't think anyone can are less than them. They hire a small group of people (maybe 100 people at most) to take care of those 750,000 cases this year. About 5% of those cases might get taken care of. The rest? Well who knows....maybe when that 16 year old kid turns 60, he might get his original identity back, and they might catch all the bad people, or some of them, who did this to him.
Just wanted to point that out cuz I have lost my wallet before...no SS card in there cuz i'm smart enough not to carry it around. I was lucky enough to have a nice old lady find it for me in the bushes of downtown close to my house while walking her dog.
Hope this helps someone...it's scary i know...750,000 people screwed :( Sad world I guess.

When you receive your SS card, a letter accompany's it. In it, it specifically states, "please store your SS card in a safe place, but never carry it around." The person you mentioned above, probably did not read the instructions, which resulted in this mishap.
