I have a brand new playstation 2 for sale, the seal is still on, i've been dieing to play this but unforutantly I don't have the money to spare to pay for this so I have to sell this(bought a few to sell), I'm looking for $550 shipped, i've seen other sellers ask for $800 and then people will go on the thread and say lower the price to around $500-600. On ebay the prices are dropping. If you take a look now. WInning auction prices is around $500 - $525. Pretty soon it'll be under 500.

actually, they're not winning. go into the auctions... they mostly never hit the reserves. I'm guessing that in search for gold, a lot of people have been putting reserves anywhere between $600 to $1000. So, a lot of these auctions are NOT completing.

Even so, the last minutes bidding may show at $500 something on the page, but when you go into the auctions, many of them are above $600.

I would say less than 33% of the PS2 auctions are successfully closing. And of those 33%, 75% are still above $600.

The TIME the auction closes seems to make a difference too. Late afternoon and evening auction end times seem to rake in more money.
