this Freeway FW6280BXDR/155 Rev.B (http://www.freeway.co.jp/product/design/fw-6280bxdr155/fw-6280bxdr.html) has some RTV sealant around the base of the slot1 connectors, 3 heatsinks and conformal coating on the back. Otherwise it's in perfect condition.
I have tried almost everything but it refuses to work with dual coppermines. I have even tried using the Powerleap Neo s370 FC-PGA adapters and still no go. Supposedly if the BIOS is fixed, it should be able to take "DUAL" CUmines but there would still be a need for the voltage adjusting slockts so both A-Trend and Freeway have seemingly abandoned it.
Otherwise it works perfectly with single cpu

I only used the board to try and make it work with dual FC-PGA CUmine 700 cBo. Other than the testing, this has never been used.
I'm putting $150 as a reference since this was a $200 board. If you think my offer is too high, e-mail me your offer.
