So I'm thinking of getting a cat. I don't know what to name it, so if anyone has any ideas....

If it's a real bastard cat, definately Alex. Otherwise I was thinking of naming it a normal name. Right now I like Bill. Past cats have been Bob and Fred. Actually, we had 3 Freds. The Freds seemed to have a penchant for dying.

My cat is named Martini, but I've been waiting for a while to have a cat with a personality that would match the name Battle Cat. Those of you old enough will remember the name of He-Man's magnificent feline steed. I've kind of fantasized about making a little saddle and mask, but I'm sure PETA would be on my ass with the quickness if I did...:)

i have a friend who named his cat "puke", and this was pre-spaceballs, so it didn't have to do with "barf".
i don't like cats, so i wouldn't probably name mine, "deadmeat" or something like that.
or maybe name it "galore", so you can say to people, hey that's my pussy galore!

My first cat's name was Marmie.. as in marmalade (sp??). It was a morris type cat :) and beautiful, until my ex let it out of the house when we separated and it got ate by wild animals.
Now we have Bones (black fluffy cat) named after the Star Trek Doc. We got him the same week the actor died.
We also have Smokey... our "player" cat. He is really cool but gets on my nerves.. so anyone in the SoCal/Central coast area want a cat.. he is yours ;)

Ahahaha!!! Those made me laugh so hard! I wanted to name my kitty Chicken, like Leon suggested, but my cousin wouldn't let me, so I named him Emily. Until, that is, I found out it was a he, and then I named him Jacques. I always wanted two golden retrievers to name Heathcliff and Catherine, so maybe you could go with one of those even though it's not a dog. Hmmmmm.
