This is a good point, basically what it boils down to is the Tropics no not the Carribian the Topics of Cancer and Capricorn... ever since early times humans have flourished within these latitudes it is the place where the atmospheric conditions are ideal. Man has been able to shift focus from survival to inteluctal research.
