"Delancey" is a `60s genie at the "My Scene" masquerade ball, but her outfit is as trendy as those worn by young fashion exemplars today. She`s more precocious than the fourth-grade "fashionistas" who love her ("My Scene" fashions are a bit daring for some parental tastes), but she pulls off the see-through, aqua-colored costume, very high heels, flirty headdress, tons of makeup, and huge ponytail without a hitch. But under all the mascara, the 12-inch Delancey is still just a kid.
