Digital flatscreen output

What graphics cards support digital output for flatscreen monitors?

I am using a GeForce 2 GTS card, which is already pretty damn good. Is it even worth the upgrade? The only thing is the image seems a bit smoothed using the analog feed.
I could set the montior to keep the pixel aspect true, but then I get a big black border.

i got a all in wonder radeon 32 and it takes dvi monitors without a prob and gives great dvd playback. actually the AIW Radeon only takes dvi monitors, CRTs need the included adaptor.
