yeah i used to live in tx. i remember it being leagal to use lethal force if a you believe your life to be in danger....Like when the repo man forgets to call and you think he is stealing your best gun rack and truck...;)

and sw a guy in a truck pull over grab the rifle off his rack laen out the window and shot a guy who was a active flon and a cop puuled up right behind t eh truck and just waved a thank you to the guy who shot the felon
