Sous Vide (pronounced sue-veed) is a new way to cook meats that involve vacuum
sealed pouch things that seal IN the juices/flavor of the meat for a very nice
and previously un"heard" of flavor. From what I`ve heard, it`s currently
all the rage in some of the popular east coast restaurants (although, I`ve yet
to really see it in huge numbers here on the west coast) and Hickory Farms has
them here, ready to cook, easy to prepare, and for your enjoyment. The price
