I'm looking for a digital camera. I want the max resolution on the camera to be a minimum of 1024x768... willing to buy up to a 2 megapixel camera, money$ permitting. I don't want to buy a top notch camera, just want a cheaper one that takes good pictures.

I thought of buying that D-link one that I saw on ebay that is a digital camera, portable mini-camcorder, and a USB computer video camera at the same time. It's under $150 for 1024x768 and it's all 3 in 1. Does anyone know if this is any good? I went around online, and every one just says that it truly sucks and takes crappy pictures. Anyone have any experience w/ this camera? You can look at it here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=492918508

It's the D-Link DCS-350.

Anyway...please give me offers for your digital camera's. I really would like to buy it for under $200 if I can, new / used don't matter, as long as it works well..but new is better of course.

Please email me offers to [email protected]

Thanks,

Tibor

I see...thanks.

Well, i will check out buy.com site for the D-Link camera you told me about w/ the $20 coupon. I really want that one since all I need the digital camera for is to take pictures of stuff I want to sell on ebay. Plus, i also need a USB 640x480 digital video camera for my computer anyway, and this can take care of both of those jobs at the same time. Plus, it can do 4 1/2 mintues of video at low res. (I think 360x240?)...not very high res. but high enough if you are just out w/ friends and wanna record some junk, or a fight w/ your buddy and the punk from school :).

I think I'm going to go w/ the D-Link one...since it is "half descent," and that's all I really need now, I think it'll be OK. Around the beggining of summer when i will be out w/ friends more, I may get the 3.3 megapixel cam if it's under $300 by then.

I'm also thinking about getting this camera:

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=490417497

But then, the thing is, I need to buy a USB digital video camera anyway, and I doubt I will have much time to use the high features on the camera, because all I really want to do is take pictures of stuff I am giong to sell.

Thanks for your advice though - I will make up my mind hopefully sometime this weekend.

I checked buy.com and searched for dsc-350 and also D-Link.
Neither search came up w/ anything I was looking for. I also didn't see it in their digital camera's for sale.

Anyone have a link for the D-Link DSC-350 on buy.com's site?
It goes on ebay for about $150 now.

Can I use both coupons? More than one?

I put both the $10 and $20 coupon in and it says:

Subtotal: $83.95

Wow!

Will this work? If it does...I WANT MORE COUPONS! LOL!

heh...just wondering, I'm giong to dealhunting.com now to check. Anyone know if this works?

Thanks,

Tib

I got a freind here that did some research for me on that D-Link camera..is it true that it has no flash?

Cuz it that's true, then this camera truely does suck.

Hey, if you're still looking, I have a used Kodak DC120 I'll part with for $125. Have a look at the specs: http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/digCam/dc120/dc120.shtml

It works great, but I got a new camera so I no longer need this one.

E-mail me if you're interested & I'll give you the specs.
