We have been working with these guys for the last half a year trying to make their service better for our Got Apex customers. So after a whole lot of talking, here`s what they are doing for us: First, they are giving us a dedicated support rep that will handle any potential problems. Customer support should not be a problem anymore. I know that was a problem before, and please be sure to <b><a href="mailto:[email protected]">let me know</a></b> if you guys need any help. Here`s how they work: For only $11.92 a month, you get unlimited DVD rentals with 3 movies out at once, no late fees, free shipping to and from your house. They also have a premium package, which is what most people have been getting, that lets you rent movies, games, and "mature material" starting at $14.75 a month. Here is a little bit of info you guys should know ahead of time tho. They are definitely slower than Blockbuster and Netflix, and the movies are sent based on availabity, not on the order that you have them listed on your queue. But you can`t beat their price though, and for me, waiting an extra day for a movie to come is perfectly fine for the little that they charge for the service. So if you are just a casual DVD watcher and don`t really chase all the recently released titles, Intelliflix is great. But if you plan to go through 10 DVDs a week, stick with Netflix or Blockbuster.
