Most of the new computers you buy are coming equipped with gigabit ethernet now. This Netgear GS724T Switch is pretty crazy with 24-port, each capable of 2 Gbps of throughput in full-duplex mode. If you`re using all 24 ports for a LAN party, or you just need that much bandwidth, this is an AWESOME switch. It also has a web-browser interface to set up simple management, monitor performance, configure ports, set up trunks, VLANs, and prioritization. Awesome price.
