Question about Access Micro memory deal

The 256Meg stick that is only compatible with the K7 and VIA 693-694(i think) chipset....is that compatible with my AMD K-7-700mhz cpu and Asus K7V motherboard??

This is the 256MB memory that was only compatible with certain chipsets. As you can see the K7V is not compatible with this memory which is not access micro memory. This memory is syncmax memory. http://www.syncmax.com/mainIE.html

I have the KX-133 chipset I believe and the memory in question is the Zeus Components 256meg stick, is that one compatible with my system or what?
