i make sandwiches at work (turkey, avocado, tomato, provalone on wheat). but i kept forgetting to buy cheese for the past two weeks. and i have cheese now. and it's very good.

Provalone is good but brie is the best. Especially if it has a high fat content.

This made me think of the cartoon with the robot going to the store to get the huge cheese wheel.

Mmm cheese. Sandwhiches, nachos, and quesadillas as well as pizza would be nothing without a good cheese... Do we have a national holiday for cheese yet?

We should work on that.
