i think i saw them on http://www.kingston.com for like 1300 or something...or maybe i read it wrong....

Check Pricewatch.com.

They have all the ram listed by type. The 256 meg sticks are floating around $120+

pricewatch has PC133 256megs sticks at under 90 bucks.

Or an Abit KT7? What do they mean by "High density Athlon"?
