What's wrong with it? The font size? Hold CTRL and then + or are you talking about something else? Or do you want Icons and Text for the navigation buttons which is under View-Toolbars-Customize.

When Firefox displays things crazy, clearing the cache usually fixes it for me. But in this case, it looks like it may be some other setting.

no...see all that white space on the left and the right? it's there for every web page. it's like firefox only uses the center 1/3 of the window to display anything.

Just reinstall it (actually uninstall it, delete all references to firefox on your computer). Back up your bookmarks first. Then proceed with uninstalling:
(there are two places, one is in the c:\program files\firefox directory (sometimes named mozilla firefox, or just mozilla). 2nd is in your c:\documents and settings\(username)\local settings\application data\ You should see a firefox or mozilla folder. Delete that also.)
Reinstall firefox, upload plugins.. fresh install.

Its something about how you are viewing the sites. YOu are tellnig it to show the whole website on one page so it is compressing it to make the whole site visible without scrolling. I tried looking through my options but i didn't see it. do you know what version of Firefox this is/

the site is built with percentages, do i doubt that's the case. it fits on my 14.1" screen at the same resolution as here 15.4" screen.
i'll try the reinstall.

That happens to me if I'm running my display at 1600x1200 (but not at anything lower like 1280x1024)...is that a possibility?
