For those of you who are running virtualization software under XP, which hypervisor are you running? Any good howto's out there geared towards XP? I've been googling for a few days but have yet to come across something that makes things very plain. I want to start toying around with this at home for use at work. TIA.

Actaully, since I posted, I began using VMWare player. I found an awesome site (http://www.easyvmx.com/easyvmx.shtml) that allows you to create a VM config with basically whatever options you want. I created a blank VM and have been screwing around with several different OSes since then. Its really slick!
