I'm getting fatter and lazier. This summer has been one of my laziest on record. I'm just not motivated to do anything. Part of it is waking up very early to go to work. When I get home I'm mentally drained (I'm not a morning person).
I have all this work outside of work (for school, career, etc.) and I really don't get them done because my brain doesn't want to.
Gah. I need to do something...

I feel the same way a lot of the time. I've found though that once I force myself into a good exercise routine, everything else improves. It's just when I get knocked out of my routine that I start to go into lazy mode again.

Except I don't do things I don't like to do. And one of the things I don't like to do is go to the gym. It's not that I don't like the idea of exercising. I just don't like gyms. I don't like the small gyms in my apartments, nor the ones at school, or even the commercial ones.
Yeah. I know I need to work out, but the fear and dislike for the gym is holding me back. I've tried a lot of things. I even bought a bike for my apartment but I never used it, mostly though because it sucked.
I'm thinking about going outside tomorrow and find a geocache near me. Maybe my fear of outdoors is less than my desire to do something physical.
