LOL - No I havent had a single problem with this F-150. My long and troubled history with Ford is well documented on this board. Starting with my exploding 96 Probe GT with the engine that Ford admitted had issues with its metal strength. Which sat for 2 years in my driveway until I swapped out engines. Ford agreed to give me a $2000 settlement (towards another Ford)if I sold the car to them, thus getting it off the street. As I wouldnt be able to get any where near what the car was worth, I accepted their settlement. Of course, immediately afterwards I found the one document which would have forced them to have fixed it immediately, but I had already signed the agreement...damn them.

The $2000 plus what they gave me for my Probe, led to my first F-150, which was relatively trouble free...just a few minor issues. When I went to sell it right before the new F150 hit the market, I received a ton of trouble because all the dealerships were discounting it 2k below wholesale due to the new models known release date AND Fords incentives.

Unfortnatley, this forced me to go with the only company that wouldnt discount it as heavily, plus we had supplier pricing. I bought my 2003 Mustang GT....and less than a few months later my ankle made it so I could no longer drive it and was forced to sell it. Once again, Ford had a total redesign on the market which KILLED the market and I was forced to buy yet another Ford.

Thus, my current F150 and why I said NO more Fords. Personal reasons...not an issue with this truck.
