Maybe this belongs in Suckage:
BRISTOL, Conn. - Harold Reynolds is out at ESPN, reportedly fired from his job as a baseball analyst.
Reynolds, a member of the “Baseball Tonight” team for 11 years, made his last appearance on the show Sunday night, ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz said Tuesday.
The network refused to comment on a New York Post report that said Reynolds was dismissed, or to provide any details regarding his departure.

A couple of rumors:

Thirdhand info, but I'm told it's sexual harassment. There were allegations of inappropriate actions between him and female PAs on a couple different occasions, so I'm not entirely shocked.
OR
UPDATE: Another reader, with "contacts on the inside," refutes the sexual harassment whispers: "Anyone who is saying sexual harassment either has been given bad third-hand info or is lying. Harold has had a couple of rather heated arguments with the producers at "Baseball Tonight," and some of the suits at ESPN over the program's coverage of Alex Rodriguez.

Sigh...at least we're not the royals...
So are you a Red Sox fan or a Yankees fan?Well...I'm sorta a Red Sox fan, but Gammons had a lot of good insight. That team was pretty good, but I guess you disagree.

Reynolds knew his stuff, but annoyed me for some reason. I think ESPN made a blunder here.

The BIG question is who will they hire to replace him??? I vote for Ted Leitner. Of course only San Diego and Philadelphia fans know who he is. :)

I'm not a big baseball fan but whenever I heard Harold Reynolds talk about the game it sounded like he knew his stuff, gave good insight.

Not at all. I just always hear people complaining about Peter Gammons becuase he talks about the Red Sox and Yankees a lot, which considering their success and payrolls, should be expected.
