I am considering my first car based GPS system. I am considering the Garmin c340. I initially wanted the Garmin Nuvi 360 but decided that it cost too much.

Anyone have any comments on their systems or help for me while deciding?

Thanks!

I think you're doing well. I'm a big garmin fan and I think all of their units are good. If you want to shop around though, look at Tom Tom.

If you want some more advanced features, the streetpilot series is good. By advanced, I mean multiple waypoints, tracking, etc.
