reliable and cheap hosting?

Geesh the 2 words that does not usually go very well together.
I saw this - http://startlogic.com/products.html but I guess I need someone with web hosting services experience. I'm using yrhost.com right now, but very annoyed with there down time. I perfer Linux base since its more bang for the bucks and pretty flexible IMO.
