The rebate is processed through Young America. I have read articles concerning poor responses from them. Anyone know about this, especially since it's such a large rebate?

I would just suggest taking the standard precautions when submitting the rebate (read and follow all instructions exactly, keep copies of everything). However, when I had a problem with a rebate (for a Samsung printer) from an Office Depot purchase, I got outstanding support from Office Depot corporate - they sent me a check directly (and hopefully went after the rebate fulfilment house).
