The Avs need to improve their defense. They gave up too many goals last year. Haven't been the same since Roy retired and Forsberg left.

Depends on your fantasy league... I've been in some where you draft players and pick a center, lw, rw, 2 D, 2 flex, and a goalie and get points based off their performance for the night in a head to head match against another person for a week.

I've been in others where it's just a season long points accumulation based off a bunch of players.

Apparently it's a great thing we got him. Time will tell though. I'm still up in the air on my decision about him, don't get me wrong he's a great player, just interesting to see how he will play with the Ducks. I'm going to the training camp today so I'll get a chance to see a bit.

Now that I've hung up the blades after 15 years of childhood hockey its time to start watching more on TV. I'm gonna have to root for my home town Ottawa Senators. I would love to see another underdog team (Hurricanes) go all the way this season too. All in all I really don't care who wins in the end as long as I'm there watching all along the way!
