I ordered Rolling Stone for my girlfriend 10 months ago, but it STILL has not been delivered. Their customer services has been horrible. First, they said they lost the original order, and it'd be another 12 weeks. After that passed, they said there were delays and it would be 4-6 weeks. STILL NOTHING! And, of course, they don't follow up with anything, so I have to keep going back to their website to report ongoing issues.

The whole thing has been horrendous, and I would NEVER order from them again.
