Well I have been lurking around and I have noticed that the people with like a gazillion post have their own custom avatars. But I figure until I figure out how to upload a custom one that I could put one in my signature area instead. For example:

When they took away the post counts on these posts, the troublemakers pretty much went elsewhere.
