This is a continuous light kit which means that you don't need to learn all
of the ratios of strobe kits. Essentially, in web terms, this is one of those
WYSIWYG type of photography studio lighting. The flip side to such lighting
is that photographers typically need a LOT of power to match anything close
to a strobe,... and at $49.99, it may not come with a very b power source.
