Be careful! I recently bought from X10 and they charged me 2 times AND failed to use the voucher (even though I clicked on it AND put it in the order comments). The CSR I talked to was a dick (he wouldn't give me he name even after I asked him 2 or 3 times). The manager I spoke to afterwards wasn't very helpful either. He said that they had been double-billing a lot of people because of a new database and that they were taking care of it on their end. PLUS the items took over 2 weeks to ship. I had never had problems with X10 before, but now I'm really wary of buying from them again. If you do order from them, watch that credit card statement!

I used to order tons of stuff from x10 also using their free vouchers. I was charged full price awhile back after using a voucher and was never credited. Other than that they have been good. I have so many damn modules from them that I don't even order from them anymore even when they offer a free voucher. The other thing I hate about them is that they spam you with e-mail every single day! Hooray for mail filters.

Overall their modules are really cool, just be sure that they charge you correctly and use an e-mail account you don't care about.
