a particular webapp that i use has this really annoying "welcome screen" pop up that i can't stand. i have to allow popups for the app to work, but i want to block this one particular one.
the site is like: www.url.com and the pop up i want to block is at www.url.com/thispageisapaininmyass

Does Google Toolbar allow site-specific popup blocking, or is it blocking all popups in general? Note what was said:

It blocks specific sites if you tell it to.

hah, that's kind of funny. that's not actually the URL, just what i used for my example. since the real URL is a private web app, I didn't want to post it.
