Every time I try to use the code it shows up in the confirmation page as the discounted price and then after I confirm the order and check my account it shows the item for the regular price, of course I cancelled the order and tried to place it again with the same results... so why can't I use this coupon??!?!?

Has anyone else had a weird error when trying to use this coupon? I'm tried to place my order, it accepts the coupon, but then when I'm on the last screen, and I have to complete my order, but I get an error message stating:

" *** We're sorry, but we encountered an error when processing your request. Please try again. If you continue to receiver this message, please contact Customer Service. *** "

Anyone else have problems like this? or has anyone else gotten this to work?

Same thing happened to me....ordered showed the $50 off, but then confirmation E-mail did not include it.

Just hung up the phone with CS...they are going to credit my CC the $50! So everyone watch their confirmations!

Mine was even worth, I couldn't even see my order in My Account, so I send them an E-mail and they reply me with the price that they charged after the coupon is applied. : )

Just some other dvd player deal I found at Amazon. You can buy Panasonic's DVD-R30S for $250 and use the 50$ coupon and there is anothother $50 mir you can use, so that cut down the price to $150 !! ^^
