Well, you can always tell a light news weekend by the large google gadget in middle of the post.

It’s true, I didn’t get too much news over the weekend again.
And I didn’t do near what I wanted to either, though some things did manage to get done. I changed the kids closet light, which turned out to be an adventure since a large portion of the house apparently gets power from that closet light. Ah, the fun of ancient wiring.
I was going to clean the basement, but that stupid light took forever. The wife managed to get somewhere though.
I was going to play Gothic III, but my copy from gogamer doesn’t arrive till today. Sigh.
I was going to sleep in on Saturday, but the youngest came up with the whole, “I’m unhappy because I have a yeast infection” excuse. Yeah, that old saw. But I had many a nap,.
I dunno, it was a much more lazy weekend for me then I wanted it to be, but it was still a weekend, so I can’t complain.
Well, except about not having Gothic 3. I’m all over that game like white on rice when it shows up. That’s why I did the gogamer.com thing, since the USA release isn’t till Nov 20th or so. No way I was waiting that long. Maybe it will arrive with my LED flashlight from meritline, which according to Fedex tracking has actually been in the state for the past week. Apparently, Fedex Ground means they walk it to you.
I hate waiting for anything.
