I was in to Studio 60, but this weeks episode was so klutzy that I'm about done. There is potential for a decent show there, but it keeps getting in it's own way. It really needs a good script editor or something. Waste of a good cast.

Yeah, you know things are quiet when all I have to talk about is TV. I wish all shows could be as good as 24 or Battlestar, but life doesn't work that way.

Sigh.

So far I like it. I see what you mean by script editor, but I get the feeling that Sorkin wouldn't let anyone touch his work. I'm along for the ride, and thus far I'm enjoying it but I can see people getting annoyed with it.

well, the whole thing with the parents was just....awkwardly written and had me going 'what' a few times. I mean, I see what he was trying to do, but it totally fell flat. And the old man thing was awkward too. Not to mention the comedy show bits just sorta suck. I dunno, I'll still watch it for a bit, but it just seems like it keeps getting in it's own way.

Cancelled. Maybe this should be in the Entertainment section. Yeah...3 more episodes and then it's done. I like the first 2 and then kaput...I had lost interest.

Matthew Perry showed his ability after Friends and rumor is he'll be picked up for another show because of his great but brief performance for Studio 60.
