View Full Version : Another amazing Cirque du Soleil show

Saw "Corteo" here in DC last night...absolutely staggering. Visually stunning, and the acrobatics left me and my girl breathless. The fourth Cirque show I've seen and not a dud yet.

Fellas, if you haven't been to one of these, look past the artsy-fartsy veneer and take your special lady to a show...it's worth it, and she'll give you all kinds of credit.

Probably more under Entertainmnet, but I go to see Cirque whenever I can. Well worth it and always an incredible show!

I saw "Mystere" and "O" in Vegas. Both were good, but I liked "Mystere" much much better. The tickets were much cheaper for that one too. I highly recommend it.

I thought O was much better too. Definitely worth the $$ for the tix.

I have seen La Nouba, Ka, Eaux (not O, sillies, well, not exactly) and Corteo. Favorite hands down was La Nouba. Although Corteo was the best costume wise. You could say I am a fan. :)

So far i've seen Mystere, Quidam and Love. They are all great. I'm not a HUGE fan of the Beatles, so that one scored a bit lower in the "music" dept. BUT the show itself was excellent.
I'm a big fan of Cirque and I do plan on seen more of their shows. Always a treat.

My vote goes to Mystere....
Granted it was the only one I saw in person....

Mainly because I got to be the Baby's Daddy !!!

We going to see O next month (after Christmas). We have been to LV so many times and we see O.

i just passed by the tents last night on NY Ave, right? maybe i'll check it out next weekend with my girl. :)

edit: omg, it's practically all sold out except for the 4PM shows on thursdays! doooh.
