I personally use Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite 6.0 and I m not going to switch but out of curiosity, the free security softwares offered by AOL (they offer free antivirus, firewall, antispyware) and Verizion DSL (they offer Verizon Internet Security suite) any good?

How are their detection rate, their ability to stop viruses/hackers/spyware etc.

I repair computers and see computers with AOL infected badly. Are the free stuff bunch of BS? Anybody have any experience??

They all use McAfee or Norton and just water them down and have their logo added to the suite!
