You know, I actually did get enough news this weekend to craft some magic, but when I finally got around to crafting, I thought, I can’t go for that.

I would say I had a mixed weekend. It had some good parts, and the kids were fun, ‘cept when they were not. I’m still pretty sore, which took some joy out of everything, but all in all, not terrible. I’ve been doing some Christmas shopping early – yeah, don’t look at me like that, I just want to get it done. It’s not like I’ve picked up all that many things, but I’ve managed uh…4 items for 4 different people, which is pretty good for me. Yeah, I’m starting early. But last year, my job was right next to a mall. Since then, we moved to the friggin boonies, so unless I really want to buy everybody stuff from Walmart – and I DO NOT – then I have to sneak it in during the weekends.
Yeah, I hate Walmart. Just cause.
Anyway, my point is…..I don’t have one, I just found myself staring at the page at 6pm on a Sunday, and I thought, I really don’t had a damn thing to say.
And thus, a new posting is born. Full of sound and fury. Or fury. Or uh, murmurs and kvetching, really. All I know is today is the last day they are allowed to show/play political ads in this state, and I FOR ONE AM QUITE PLEASED WITH THAT.
