For the love of all that is holy...help me.

I am looking for a certain version of "Blue Moon" and I can't find out who the artist is.

The version I am looking for is done "country style" with a steel guitar. I have searched everywhere and can't find out who may have sung it. I almost think it was sung by a female too. I've listened to like 30 covers so far and no luck.

I got on rhapsody.com and found like 600 artists who have done songs titled "blue moon"...but I still can't find the one I'm looking for.

Hmmmm, Bob Dylan, Frank Sinatra, Sha Na Na, The Marcels, Steve Holly, Elvis, rod Stewert W/ Clapton,all sing their version of the song...good luck

Yeah, I looked at all of those. Only problem is none of those have a steel guitar/country guitar.

I found one that is close...by "Santo and Johhny"...but the tone of the guitar isn't right. I KNOW I've heard it in a movie...but just can't place which movie.

Like I said, it's close...but not the one. If any of you get the chance to listen...let me know if you have heard the version I've got stuck in my head.
