When i ordered the Panasonic dvd player from amazon, i got my email with the price on it...it didn't show up with the fifty dollars off....is that normal?

Call 1-800-201-7575 and talk to a customer service rep. Explain what happened and they'll transfer you to an order specialist. Make sure you have your order number handy, along with the coupon code you used... they will ask for both.

If your card has already been charged, they'll refund you the $50. I had the same problem and just had to call them to get things fixed. The order specialist I talked to was very nice... you shouldn't have any problems getting the error corrected. Hope this helped.

the same thing happened to me yesterday. maybe their coupon applet wasn't working. i called and they cleared it all up. Princess Mononoke for $16, not bad.....
