NSS: Moving to Folsom

Just to follow up again on this topic (http://www.gotapex.com/finance-investments-and-careers/100476-time-for-a-change.html) and this topic, (http://www.gotapex.com/the-softer-side-of-got-apex/141853-uh-oh.html) Mrs. Kevster and I were able to sell our home in So. Cal and are in escrow on a new home in the Folsom area. Prices are coming down quite a bit in both places, but we were able to take advantage of the steep declines in the Folsom real estate market to get the home (and floorplan) we were looking for. I literally went head-to-head with the buyer's agent on the price and used her 'comps' against her when she tried to show how our offer was too low. It was pretty funny to see her eat her words. :D

The little one is looking well too, with all tests so far in the green and everything where it should be so far. More tests are to come, but this shot made us quite happy:

Hey Sacramento... well get used to a nice place to live and raise kids. Kind of boring for parents though. I remember it well.
