Zelda is my new obsession.

I won’t say it’s a perfect game, cause it’s not. But it’s really really good.

Sure, it’s not the greatest graphics ever, but to me, it’s good enough, really. I don’t need everything looking realistic with the latest in shadows whatever other buzzwords you can think of. I grew up with the 2600, so I’m kind of easy when it comes to graphics. I mean, it impresses me when my avatar has I dunno, a face.

Gameplay, however, is king, and Zelda is just cool. For something that was sort of tacked on, it just works really well. The Wiimote is great for that kind of adventure game. Swinging the controller to do a sword strike is just….fun, really. Fun in a way controlling a game usually isn’t. Yeah, it takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it’s very natural.

It’s cool.
