I made a tough call here for me but think it would be National Treasure. Not sure why, but that would be the one and I have over 140 dvds in my collection.
National Treasure wins!

:agree:
except instead of the princess bride, i'd probably take the west wing set.

Obviously you need it to be something you can enjoy watching over and over. I would say "The Fifth Element".

Yea, there's just something really hot about a chick with orange hair who speaks nothing but jibberish. The fact that she kicks a lot of ass helps too!

i don't own very many DVDs because i pretty much only buy movies i really enjoy and can watch over and over again, so it's a tough choice for me.
having said that, at this moment, i think if i had to choose just one of them, it would have to be Trainspotting.

shawshank
:stupid: Since I could only watch one DVD it would kind of be like prison. Shawshank Redemption although brutal and depressing at times inspires hope.
If I couldn't have that DVD because brainsmile already took it (jerk) then perhaps Gattaca.

Since you guys already chose most of my favorites (Firefly, Shawshank, Office Space, Blazing Saddles and Star Trek 2) I'd have to go with Leon. ;)

Either "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" or "Army of Darkness". Those were the first two DVDs I ever bought, and they remain two of the best. :)

Gosh I'm thinking either Firefly box set great stuff, or Tombstone special edition. 2 things that I don't mind seeing over and over again.
