That's great! I got 1 of my orders, when I called to ask about the other, the cs replied that it hasn't been sent to the shipping dept. I asked why and she replied "I dunno". IMHO, they still suck.

does it come up as a charge from PRECISION ENT MARINA DEL RA CA on your statement? i have a charge for $25 and i don't know what its for so i suspect its part of my order that is in stock.

I have a suspicion that the reason my order was "lost" was due to the fact that the items I ordered are now out of stock, so instead of simply E-mailing me to inform me of this, it just disappeared. Never again with these idiots.

try services like http://www.webassured.com they will take care of the problem with WHN. Especially since web assured asks what you want from your complaint. I got the entire order for free when I complained about another company.
