Oh my, this deal is giving me more headache than anything! I tried to login and it says that I need to call CSR because there are some errors. When I called, the CSR asked a whole bunch of information to "verify" my identity (including SSN, former addresses, current/past credit cards and INITIAL date issued, as well as student loans!). What's up with that???!!

Finally, when the "validation" is passed, I can't login to view my report. I'm with the CSR on the phone now trying to work it out..... will post more later.

Aiight, after talking to 4 CSRs in an hour span, I finally was able to view my scores. Basically, if you have any type of "alerts" or "fradulent" activties on your report, you'll have to contact the CSR to verify "identity" with the information I posted earlier, YMMV.

The gift code gets a bit tricky if you have to call CSR because you'll already created an account with them and need to delete your cookies or call them to delete the "incomplete" order... GL!
