Be very careful if your thinking about buying from this company. I purchased the 50" plasma on November 13th 2006. The trucking company delivered the TV on November 21st. I refused delivery due to a very LARGE HOLE in the middle of the screen. I called Philip's support and they stated that they would not send me another TV until they got the damaged one back from the trucking company, also they would not credit my charge card back until 10 to 15 days AFTER they got the damaged TV back to their warehouse. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was dumped into voice mail, I never received a call back. Numerous phone calls and emails have gone nowhere with the company. The trucking company has called twice already trying to re-deliver the broken TV back to me. They called me again today, for another attempted delivery. I explained to them again it has to go back to Philip's. I called Philip's customer support today and spent 45 minutes on hold just to get hung up on. After another 20 minutes on hold, I explained the problem to them AGAIN. Another 20 minutes on hold, and they tell me it has been received in there warehouse and it would be another 10 to 15 days before a credit is issued. THEY LIE! IT IS STILL AT THE TRUCKING COMPANY'S WAREHOUSE!!! I filed a dispute with American Express and they have credited my account. I wish I had read some of the on-line forums about their customer support and product reliability. I would NEVER have purchased ANYTHING from this company. Ever wonder why they have so many refurbished TV's? Do yourself a favor, AVOID Philip's, RUN as fast as you can.

Well, this is two very dissatisfied customers at G/A buying from Philips Outlet.
I believe that G/A should look into the reputation of this company before promoting any more offers.

Well, after numerous calls and emails.... Nothing, It still took a month to get my money back for their problem. The last email I sent to them I cc'd thier CEO. I recieved a call 2 weeks later from their corprate office asking me what the problem was, I explained everything again, because it seems that none of my phone calls or emails were in the system. He said he would check into it. I told him Philips customer care "SUCKED" and all he had to do was Google it, and he would see ALL the unhappy customers. I would suggest anyone screwed over by the Philips outlet email thier CEO. This is his email;
