I just received a small bottle of 2-Day Slim Down which I did not request. http://www.2dayslimdown.net/

I have no idea how they got my name and address, but the receipt states a wrong email address. Everything including my phone number is correct.

There is a slip of paper which states that this a free trial. If I do nothing 14 days later we will charge you the members price of $49.95. If you feel the product isn't for you, simply send back the bottle within the 2 week trial period, which is today, and you will not be charged.

Well, I have no intention of sending it back, since I didn't order it in the first place.

Is there any way they could have gotten my credit card number and will charge me?

I wouldn't worry about it. Sounds scammish to me. Folks can typically buy lists with names, addresses & phone numbers from the local county offices. There wouldn't be proper e-mail or credit card info attached to that other info, so no problems.

If they did happen to get ahold of your cc info, just dispute the charge as not approved by you. They have to either show your signature on the card or give the security code from the physical card to prove it wasn't fraud.

Any time you are sent a product that you didn't order, you are under no obligation to pay, return, or respond to the sender. US postal law makes this very clear.

Thanks. I called them.

A guy with a barely understandable Indian accent claimed they didn't have my credit card number and they would terminate the deal.
