They now offer a risk FREE 2 week trial. If you don't like your service in the first 2 weeks, they will refund 100% of your membership fees! Here's how they work: For only $11.92 a month (you prepaid for the year), you get unlimited DVD rentals with 3 movies out at once, no late fees, free shipping to and from your house. They also have a premium package, which is what most people have been getting, that lets you rent movies, games, and "mature material" starting at $14.75 a month. Here is a little bit of info you guys should know ahead of time though. They are definitely slower than Blockbuster and Netflix, and the movies are sent based on availabity, not on the order that you have them listed on your queue. The price is great if you can stand waiting an extra day or two for the DVDs to come. But if you plan to go through 10 DVDs a week, stick with Netflix or Blockbuster. Just my honest opinion. GOT APEX EXCLUSIVE UNLIMITED DVD RENTAL PROMO

Intelliflix also allow you guys to get a refund now, if you aren't completely satisfied with their service. They simply convert you from the annual Superpass rate back to the month to month rental rate, and then give you back the amount that's let on your contract. Please email me if you guys have any questions.

Consumer Reports and NBC both have good ratings about Intelliflix. Here are the two reports:
